Returns

returnsMade by B’s Online Returns Policy is designed to support you in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

As all our furniture is made to order to your size specifications.  Made by B cannot offer returns or refunds due to change of mind or due to colour variation in timber or grain variation or appearance of naturally occurring knots in the timber or any other variations due to timber being a natural product.  If you are unsure about your purchase prior to ordering, please email info@madebyb.com.au.

Made by B also cannot offer returns for honey.

We will offer returns on other wooden products; boot pullers and crates.

Return postage costs will be at your own expense unless the item returned is not the item ordered or is faulty.  We encourage you to return your item(s) via tracked or registered postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Made by B.

Made by B will exchange or refund your full price item(s) where the return has been received by us within 30 days from the date you received your goods.  If the returning items are received outside of the 30 days, Made by B may refuse any requests for refund or exchange.

Returns will only be accepted if –

  1. We receive an email from you at info@madebyb.com.au to register your return. We will reply with a returns form for you to complete.
  2. Proof of purchase and the Returns Form appropriately completed, is received, along with the returning item.
  3. The item for return is in its original, new and unused condition with all packaging, boxes, and tags attached.
  4. The item has been received by Made by B within 30 days from the date you received the goods, with a copy of the completed returns form.

Faulty Goods

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us. Made by B will replace, repair or provide a refund for any goods which are agreed by Made by B to be faulty or damaged.  In this instance, the cost of relevant postage will be incurred by Made by B.

 Returns will only be accepted if –

  1. We receive an email from you at info@madebyb.com.au to register your return. We will reply with a returns form for you to complete.
  2. Proof of purchase and the Returns Form appropriately completed, is received, along with the returning item.
  3. The item has been received by Made by B within a reasonable time from the date you received the goods, with a copy of the completed returns form.
