When The Cottage Restaurant opened in Scone, we thought we couldn’t be more thrilled. That was until we started to supply honey to them. We’ve loved seeing honey specials on their menu and better still sampling them.
Colin and his wife Tammy are advocates for supporting local producers when they can rely on their supply and Colin takes a keen interest in where the produce he cooks with, comes from. He’s even brought his son Jackson up to Malumla to have a look inside some hives.
